For some quick ideas:
Have a beach property? Consider putting together a beach bundle, connecting a couple chairs, a cooler, and maybe even a beach umbrella with a long cable and padlock.
On a lake? Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are great additions.
In an urban area or a location with nearby activities? How about bikes, e-bikes, and scooters?
Have a big yard? How about some yard games, like croquet or bocce?
Near some great hiking? Guests might appreciate not having to pack extra gear like trekking poles or daypacks.
Property with a firepit? Guests would appreciate some on-site firewood bundles, and maybe an amenity box filled with s'more ingredients!
